6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pratiksha Chavan IT Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client must pay for all services provided up to the termination date
• We will deliver work completed to the termination date
• Both parties will return confidential information
• Termination provisions in individual project agreements will apply

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bharuch, Gujarat.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
